Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Within Indonesia, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and the courier you choose. Remote areas may take longer.

International orders (e.g. Singapore) typically arrive within 5–10 business days, subject to customs clearance.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the selected courier.

Free shipping applies to eligible orders above the minimum purchase shown at checkout.

Use the Track Order page with your order number to follow your parcel in real time.

Delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of shipping, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
